Cancellation Policy
BLS Group Class Policy (Max 6 students per session) 1. Class Size & Enrollment: Each class is limited to six students. Registration is required in advance to secure a spot. 2. Attendance & Punctuality: Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes) may not be allowed to participate to ensure the integrity of the training. 3. Payment & Cancellation: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling; no refunds for no-shows or late cancellations. 4. Course Requirements: Students must participate in all hands-on activities, including CPR practice on mannequins. Certification is granted only upon successful completion of all course components. 5. Health & Safety: Anyone feeling unwell should reschedule. Masks and gloves may be required based on health guidelines. Equipment is sanitized between uses. 6. Behavior & Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive students may be asked to leave without a refund 7. Certification: Upon successful completion, students will receive an official BLS certification valid for two years. By registering, students agree to abide by these policies.
